💳 What is the refund policy?
The Clovis Sharks work hard to plan and prepare each season in advance to provide the best experience for our athletes and families. Because many program expenses are committed early in the season, the following refund policy applies to all registrations.
Refund Eligibility
• Registration fees may be eligible for a refund only if the request is made before uniform orders are submitted.
• Once uniform orders have been placed, refunds will not be issued.
Important Notes
• Uniforms, equipment, league fees, and administrative costs are paid by the organization shortly after registration closes.
• Because these expenses are non-recoverable, no refunds can be processed after uniforms are ordered, regardless of participation status, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
• Any approved refunds may be subject to processing or administrative deductions.
Special Circumstances
The Clovis Sharks Board may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis; however, the uniform order deadline remains the cutoff for refund eligibility.
By completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
